Paul Crosby is one of the most popular and richest Basketball Player who was born on January 21, 1989 in Lansing, Michigan, United States. Paul James Crosby (January 21 1989 – October 30 January 31, 2019) was an American basketball player. Crosby was an honorable-mention All-American basketball player in college from Mississippi Valley State University.

On the 1st of November 2013 Crosby was selected into the 7th round of 2013’s NBA Development League Draft by the Maine Red Claws. On November 4, 2013 the rights of Crosby were sold for the Santa Cruz Warriors. The following day, on November 18, 2013, he was released from the Warriors.

After being unable to be drafted at the time of the 2012 NBA draft, Crosby signed with Montevideo in Uruguay. On December 12, 2012 the team suspended operations in order to investigate incidents of shooting two supporters. Crosby made use of this to relocate into Minas in Brazil which is where he finished 2013’s season.

Crosby initially enrolled at The University of Toledo out of Holt High School in Holt, Michigan. But, he did not achieve academic excellence and ended in Navarro College, a junior college located in Texas. After his junior college, he transferred to Binghamton. However, his experience at Binghamton was short- lived because he was among five players to be dismissed in aftermath of the Binghamton University basketball scandal prior to the beginning of the 2009-10 season.

He joined Mississippi Valley State after sitting during the 2010-11 year as an incoming student. Crosby enjoyed a successful two seasons at MVSU where he was selected as a first-teamer for All-Southwest Athletic Conference (SWAC) distinction both times. As a senior in the 2011-12, Crosby averaged 13.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. He also earned the title of SWAC player of the year. Crosby was the team’s leader, leading his team of Delta Devils to the 2012 NCAA Tournament and was named an honorable mention All-American by the Associated Press.

Crosby died in a truck crash near Portage, Indiana on October 30, 2019.
