He was then consecrated with the blessing of the Cardinal Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster in Saint Barnabas’s Cathedral in Nottingham on July 3, 2015.
He quit his position at the College in 1998. until 2001 , he served as the pastor of the parish of St John’s, Great Haywood and Episcopal Vicar for northern part in the Archdiocese of Birmingham. The parish was shut down in 2001 and remained as Episcopal Vicar until 2006 . his appointment as parish priest in the Parish of Our Lady and All Saints, Stourbridge and the Dean of the Dudley Deanery.
