Paskalia Chepkorir Kipkoech (also called Pasalia Jepkorir, born on 22nd December 1988) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who participates mostly in half-marathon races. A personal-best of 67.17 minutes places her among the top twenty of all-time for distance. She was the bronze medalist during the 2012 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships.

Chepkorir made her mark among the best half marathon athletes in the world following her victory at the Berlin Half Marathon in March 2010 when she ran an individual best of 69.43 minutes in order to surpass Eunice Kales. Then she returned to the German city to compete in The BIG 25 Berlin race, and finished third. She was picked to run in the national team of Kenya in the 2010 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships but a knee injury ended her season before she was able to make her debut in the senior ranks of international competition.

Her winning streak was abruptly ended in 2013 – a year in which she won no major races. Her best race came in February at the RAK Half Marathon, although her time of 68:08 minutes was only enough for eighth in the top quality contest. The remaining highlights of that year for Chepkorir were third placings at the Carlsbad 5000 and the Lisbon Half Marathon, as well as a close runner-up finish to Sylvia Kibet at the Carrera de la Mujer. She missed the 2014 season.

Sixth place in the Kenyan Cross Country Championships put her in contention for the national team for the 2010 IAAF World Cross Country Championships however, the selection committee opted to select Pauline Korikwiang instead, who was in great form during the season, but struggled during the competition. Chepkorir had a great time in the streets that year and had some highlights, including an impressive 10K victory in Brescia as well as a defense from her Ribarroja title with a personal record time of 69.56 minutes to finish third during the Prague Half Marathon, a victory at the Udine Half Marathon, and placing third at the Porto Half Marathon. She also was the runner-up in the 5000 meters in the Kenyan nationals in the same year. She ended the year with a victory at the Corrida Internacional de Sao Sillvestre 15K.
