So I’ma say it for the record we the ones that planned it, ain’t no other country took a part or had they hand in it”. The track is included as a track on the Peace Not War, Vol. 2 compilation album too. In the in the same year Paris was also featured as a guest on Anybody Killa’s Hatchet Warrior album as well along with Monoxide of Twiztid in a song titled “Ghetto Neighbor.”

In 2005, Paris completed a project with Public Enemy, Rebirth of a Nation, the title both a reference to the 1915 film The Birth of a Nation, controversial for its glorification of the Ku Klux Klan and its racist portrayal of African Americans, and PE’s 1988 classic It Takes a Nation of Millions…. Although Chuck D was the primary vocal performer, Paris penned and produced the bulk of the album, which also featured N.W.A’s MC Ren, Immortal Technique, Kam, dead prez, and The Conscious Daughters.

In 2006, Paris also released Paris presents Hard Truth Soldiers, Vol. 1, the first in a Paris-produced compilation series that touched on subjects ranging from war and police brutality to black-on-black crime and domestic violence. Paris signed an artist major and distribution contract together with Priority Records for himself and Scarface Records in 1993 and released his third album, Guerrilla Funk, and numerous groups that were then emerging which included The Conscious Daughters. Paris and Priority officially ended their relationship because of differences in their creative direction in 1995. In 1997 Paris made a single arrangement with now-defunct Whirling Records (distributed by Rykodisc) to promote the release of his fourth LP, Unleashed, which was released in small quantities and without much advertising. The album had some explicit, violent and racially based lyrics. While not as in the same way as his previous albums The lyrics specifically discuss racism when faced by the same. The album was launched within Europe with a distinct playlist of tracks, including songs from 1994 as well as 1996 and 1998 and some that were more in the fashion of his earlier albums. After becoming increasingly unhappy with the industry of music, Paris retired from recording and became an investment banker, thereby establishing his wealth and enabling him to finance himself on his own the next phase of his musical ventures.
