Oliver Naesen (Dutch pronunciation: [‘na:sen]; born 16 September, 1990) is a Belgian professional racing cyclist who is currently a member of UCI WorldTeam AG2R La Mondiale. As a specialist in classic one-day races, he took home his first title in the year 2017 Belgian National Road Race Championships and the Bretagne Classic in 2016 and in 2018. His brother, Lawrence Naesen is also a race cycling cyclist Lawrence Naesen.

In the wake of the dissolution from IAM Cycling following the demise of IAM Cycling team, Naesen signed a contract for two years with French Team AG2R La Mondiale. In the spring of 2017, he confirmed his status as a classics talent with top-10 finishes in the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne, E3 Harelbeke and Gent-Wevelgem. On the Tour of Flanders, he was part of a chase group with Philippe Gilbert, when Peter Sagan as the leader was thrown off the Oude Kwaremont and brought down Naesen and Greg Van Avermaet. Naesen and Sagan damaged their bikes and were unable to defend their podium positions. Naesen was able to finish 23rd. In summer, he was the winner of in the 2017 Belgian National Road Race Championships in Antwerp and then took part at his 2nd Tour de France.

The athlete made the Grand Tour debut at the 2016 Tour de France, in which he won the combativity prize during the 4th stage. He crashed spectacularly at the end in the time trial stage 18 on the mountain but he completed his first Tour with 83rd overall position.
