From 2000 until the end the year 2002 Nuno Resende was an actor in the musical Romeo et Juliette, de la Haine a l’Amour, composed by Gerard Presgurvic. The cast won the NRJ Music Award of the Francophone song in 2001.

Nuno is a native of Porto and is a single child. He was enrolled in the French school in Porto at the age of 5. The family relocated to Belgium at the age of twelve. A sports enthusiast and a trained athlete, he began a course in sports. He graduated in 1985 and received admission to the European School of Brussels. He participated in various tournaments, including in the Esperance tennis competition. From 1993 to 1996 He attended his Physical Education School where he completed a teacher education class for the regents. Then, he decided to pursue an acting career.
He has formed a variety of hard-rock bands. He participates of Pour la Gloire, a talent competition held by the RTBF from 1997. The year 1998 was the time that Alec Mansion formed a group, La Teuf, in which Nuno sang. As of 2000, the group made up The Belgian choice for Eurovision Song Contest with the song Soldat de l’amour. The singer made it through to the finals, however the song was deemed unworthy and the band split in the following year.
