Nour Hage is one of the most popular and richest Fashion Designer who was born on June 20, 1988 in Beirut, Lebanon. Hage lived within Beirut as well as Saudi Arabia, and moved to Paris at the age of 18 to study Fashion design in the Parsons Paris School of Art and Design (since changed name to Paris College of Art). She graduated in the year 2010.
She also runs a knitting workshop for children at The Creative Space, a free educational space located in Beirut established by another fellow Parsons graduates Sarah Hermez. in 2014, Hage received recognition as one of top ten young designers from Lebanon at the Newcomer’s Exhibit during Beirut Design Week.
Hage often states that her style is heavily influenced by the Japanese wabi- sabi aesthetic & philosophy, the belief that things shouldn’t be perfect, which can be seen in the asymmetry of her designs, and the materials and textiles she uses. She has been noted for her artisanal approach and the craftsmanship of her pieces.
The month of November was the time that Hage has been awarded her the Boghossian Foundation Prize which includes the award of a cash grant as well as an apartment at the foundation’s main office at the Villa Empain in Brussels. The jury unanimously chose Hage for the award because “she works [her] fabric with much precision and preciosity.”

After finishing her studies at Parsons, Hage went on to work with the French- based Designer from Germany and Croatia Damir Doma. Since her debut in 2013, she’s launched two collections, Blao (AW 13) and Kurkuma (SS14).
