Anna Dominique “Nikki” Marquez-Lim Coseteng (born on December 18th 1952) is a Filipina politician who served during the 8th Congress of the Philippines as well as the Senate of the Philippines.

She was one of the Top Human Advocates in the Senate (1992-1995), one of the Twelve Outstanding Freshmen Solons of 1991, one of the Top Ten Outstanding Representatives of 1991, Outstanding Congresswoman of 1989, and one of the Top Ten Lawmakers and Achievers of 1988. She also was the recipient of many distinctions, including her Gawad Maria Clara Trophy – The Symbol of Filipina Womanhood in the year 1990.

Since December 2006, she has been running the Diliman Educational Corporation, which operates the Diliman Preparatory School and the Diliman Computer Technology Institute.

She was a street legislator and human rights advocate during the Marcos times. After the EDSA Revolution, she became Radio Commentator of Radyo ng Bayan and later host of the Womanwatch on Television and Radio. The year 1991 was the time she released Sinaunang Habi – Philippine Ancestral Weave.
