Raymond Emile Poole, born July 4, 1965, is better known as Mo B. Dick, an American singer, rapper, and music producer. He was a founding member the Medicine Men, formerly Beats by the Pound, which produced the majority of No Limit Records’ albums from 1995 to 1999. He was a No Limit Records producer and featured artist on more than a dozen songs. As a member Beats by the Pound’s production team, almost all the tracks were produced by the group. Mo B. Dick has over 170 production credits and his own record label Out The Box Xploitations. Mo B. Dick currently works on projects for Out The Box Xploitaions. He is Dr.Dre and MJG and Big Boi, Big Boi and Daz Dillinger. Mystikal and Big Boi are also involved in production. He is also part of the Throwback Cool Funk group called Merging Traffic Fellowship.

Dick and KLC, Craig B, and Odell left No Limit Records. They changed their names to The Medicine Men, and Overdose Entertainment.
