On July 19, 2011, the Los Angeles Dodgers purchased his contract and he was assigned the AAA Albuquerque Isotopes. He was a 9-year old Albuquerque native who had a 6-2 record with a 5.20 ERA. He also started 9 games for Albuquerque in 2012 and was 1-1 with a 2.72 ERA. Due to shoulder pain, he left a May 28 game and spent the remainder of the season on the injured list.
Parisi pitched for the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball in 2013.

Parisi attended Manhattan College, where he was a pitcher under the direction of Steve Trimper. He played college summer baseball for the Wareham Gatemen in the Cape Cod Baseball League in 2002.
The St. Louis Cardinals drafted him in the 9th round, 2004 MLB draft. He was also invited to spring training 2007 and 2008. Parisi was also invited to spring training in 2007 and 2008. Parisi was called up to major-league baseball on May 4, 2008. Parisi made his MLB debut against the Colorado Rockies on May 5, 2008. Parisi pitched an inning of scoreless relief against Matt Herges. In 2008, he pitched in 12 games for the Cardinals with 2 starts. His ERA was 8.22 with 13 strikeouts, 15 walks and 13 strikeouts. The Cardinals released him to their AAA affiliate, the Memphis Redbirds, on November 20, 2008.
He signed with the Long Island Ducks shortly afterwards. For the Ducks he posted a 6-4 record while posting a 3.50 ERA. He was one of seven Ducks who were selected to the 2011 Atlantic League All-Star Game. During the middle of the 2011 season, he was picked up by the Los Angeles Dodgers and assigned to the Albuquerque Isotopes soon after.
