Mike Badger is one of the most popular and richest Singer-Songwriter who was born on March 18, 1962 in Liverpool, England, United Kingdom. Michael Clifford Badger, an English singer-songwriter and artist, is a sculptor and artist from Liverpool, England. He was co-founder of The La’s and went on to form alternative roots rockabilly bands The Onset and Mike Badger in 1988. In 2010, he formed The Shady Trio. He is also co-owner of Liverpool’s independent Viper Label, along with Paul Hemmings.
Badger performed at the SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas in 2009, and again in 2010. He was also featured on Country Music Radio USA in 2010. He was asked to create a permanent suspended sculpture he called A Musical Composition in 2010 to commemorate John Lennon’s 70th Birthday.
His solo albums include Volume, 1999, and Double Zero, 2000. He recently archived much his previously unreleased material, including albums such as Lost La’s and Lo-Fi Acoustic Excursions and Lo-Fi Electric Excursions. Badger’s sculpture was chosen by The Prince’s Foundation for Children and The Arts in 2006 for the UK primary education package. Later that year, he started work at ITV Granada as Artist In Residence (celebrating 50 Years of Broadcasting).

Badger’s 1997 one-man show of recycled art, Lost and Found, was held in Warrington Museum. It was followed by shows at Bristol Museum 1998 and Leicester City Gallery 1999. Badger also created several tin sculptures in 1997 for Space’s album Tin Planet and their video “Avenging Angels”.
