Michael Feichtenbeiner is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Manager who was born on July 9, 1960 in Stuttgart, Germany. Feichtenbeiner began coaching youth in VfB Stuttgart after playing for the amateur teams TV Gultstein and SV Vaihingen. After serving as assistant coach at Stuttgarter Kickers and as head coach at Swiss club BSC Old Boys Basel, Feichtenbeiner was promoted to head coach of TSF Ditzingen. He was responsible for the club’s promotion from Oberliga Baden–Wurttemberg into Regionalliga Sud. Feichtenbeiner becomes assistant coach at KFC Uerdingen 05 1997 and head coach at SC Pfullendorf 1998.
Feichtenbeiner was the sporting director at SV Wehen Wiesbaden from December 2012 until his departure at the end 2014-15 season.
On December 2019, he was appointed by Selangor FA as Technical Director for two-year contract. He is also responsible to coach their reserve team, Selangor II.
He was also the sporting director at Energie Cottbus from 2009 to 2010, and the head coach for Bintang Medan FC in Indonesia between 2010-2011.

Feichtenbeiner, in the summer 1999, was named Stuttgarter Kickers’ head coach. This was his first job as a head coach for a 2. Bundesliga club. The club won the DFB Cup under his leadership, beating three Bundesliga clubs (Borussia Dortmund and Arminia Bielefeld) to reach the semi-finals, where Werder Bremen defeated them after extra time. Feichtenbeiner was dismissed in March 2000 after the club had only managed 21 points from 24 matches. This left them in the relegation zone.
Feichtenbeiner was later a coach for several Regionalliga Sud teams (SV Darmstadt 98 and Rot-Weisserfurt), before he became a coach in Malaysia for MPPJ FC. This saved them from being relegated to the Malaysia Premier League. In late 2006, Feichtenbeiner was fired from MPPJ FC while they were leading the Malaysia Super League. He was then reappointed as the head coach of SC Pfullendorf.
He was appointed as head coach of Germany under-15 national football team in 2016.
