Meng Lang is one of the most popular and richest Sport Cyclist who was born on March 6, 1984 in Heilongjiang, China. Meng Lang was born 1961 in Shanghai, China. His ancestral home was Shaoxing in Zhejiang. Meng Junliang (Meng June Liang) was his original name. He was involved in China’s unofficial poetry movements during the 1980s and co-edited A Compendium of Modern Chinese Poetry 1986-1988.
Meng Lang (Chinese : Meng Lang; 1961-12 December 2018, Beijing) was a Chinese poet, dissident. He was a signatory to the Charter 08 human rights document and a cofounder of the Independent Chinese PEN Center.
Meng, who had returned to Hong Kong in February 2018 with his wife, fell ill shortly afterwards. He was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and was admitted to hospital. He died at Prince of Wales Hospital on 12 December 2018 at the age of just 57.

Meng and Tu Chia-chi (Du Jia Qi) fled Hong Kong after the arrests of many book publishers. They moved to Hualien County in Taiwan in 2015.
Meng’s poetry has been published and translated in many languages. Meng published a Taiwanese poetry anthology in 2017 in memory of Liu Xiaobo, shortly after his death in 2017.
