Mayra Lissette conde began her personal training career in the 1990s at The Workout in Toronto.
Zee Vjesalicu, a wrestler and hockey player, introduced Mayra to Brazilian Jui Jitusu with her friend Olga Bakalapolous. Zee trained Mayra for a brief period. Mayra won her first grappling competition. Conde moved to Los Angeles in 1996 for Personal Fitness Training and to find something more challenging and exciting. Conde moved to California to learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. She trained at the Beverly Hills Jiu Jitsu Club, where she was accompanied by such legends as Bas Rutten and Mark Kerr. She learned from Marcus Vinicius and another trainer. She would fight in Brazil, Japan, Greece and the United States and was part of the revolutionary all-female “Hook N Shoot Revolution.”
On 2003 Conde moved to Europe, mainly to get away from the competitive world of Full Contact Sports. On 2005 Conde started working full-time as a Personal Fitness Trainer in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
