Viktorov, who is also a professor at NRU-HSE (National Research University Higher School of Economics), was the founder of Moscow International Paganini Violin Competition.
The Fund started a project to build a Moscow Cultural and Educational Center called “Art House” in 2007. It included a concert hall and galleries. From 2007 to the present: The foundation has organized concerts that are truly unique. September 1, 2007, Moscow Fund hosted the concert “Masterpieces of Art of the Violin On Red Square”. In March 2008, the foundation presented a series of concerts called “Ex-Vieuxtemps” in Moscow.
In September 2010, within the framework of the International Military Music Festival “Spasskaya Tower” in the Alexander Hall of the Moscow Kremlin Fund conducted a concert of classical music.
As a member on the board of trustees for the Moscow Suvorov Military School in 2007, Maxim Viktorov sponsored large-scale improvements to the school’s facilities and training facilities. Viktorov also built a new sports complex.
