Matti Tapio Oivanen, born 26 May 1986 in Huittinen, is a Finnish volleyball player. He is also a member the Finnish men’s volleyball team and Hurrikaani Loimaa. Mikko Oivanen, his twin brother, is also a volleyball player.
Oivanen, who had left Kuortane in 2004, signed a contract to play for Raision Loimu in Finland’s volleyball league. Oivanen helped the team to fourth place in the league championship. His second season saw him help the team reach the finals. They lost to Napapiirin Palloketut.
In 2009–2010 season, Oivanen plays with the Italian Volleyball League club Copra Berni Piacenza.
