Marie Wall began to play handball with Kungalvs HK. The team was doing well and Marie Wall was playing in the national junior team. Kungalv was a part of division 1 South 2009-2010, but was defeated by H43/Lundagard. In summer 2010, he was Wall as part of in the National youth team. He also took JVM-guld to the Dominican Republic. Wall was adamant to play for the H43/Lundagard team in Swedish “elitserien”. She enjoyed a successful season at the club however, the following season she suffered an injury to her knee which was severe. It took a year for her to recover from her injury. In the fall of 2012, she returned and was a major contributor to H43/Lundagard’s top ever elitserie season. The club made it to the quarterfinals. The team faced IK Savehof, the Swedish champions, but lost 3-3 in the games. The club has since stopped playing in the elitserien due to financial reasons. Marie Wall chose to play for H65 Hoorinstead.
Hoor is a great player and has developed into one of Swedens most skilled left wing players. H65 have had great results at EHF’s cup and the players have a good international experience and have developed. H65 was the winner of 2014’s EHF Challenge Cup. Marie Wall made to the national team and played at VM 2015 . She was in Danmark. But she wasn’t selected for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Prior to EM 2016, in Sweden Olivia Mellegard was chosen in place of Marie Wall Mellegard got at head injury in a the game in the match against France as well. Marie Wall was replacing her during the final game of EM 2015.
