St. Fleur (born May 4, 1962 in Grande-Riviere-du-Nord, Haiti) is a former Massachusetts State Representative who represented the Fifth Suffolk district from 1999-2011. The district was comprised of portions of Boston communities of Dorchester as well as Roxbury. She was the first Haitian American to hold an office of public service in Massachusetts. The Representative St. Fleur was one of the most vocal supporters of John Kerry’s run and frequently traveled to Florida to engage in outreach for Kerry. Rep. St. Fleur was appointed Vice- Chair of the formidable Ways and Means Committee by House Speaker Salvatore DiMasi, a leadership position with a huge influence on spending decisions. On the 30th of January the 30th of January, the 30th of January, Thomas F.
