Torsiglieri was born in Castelar, Buenos Aires Province. He made his Primera Division debut on 18 November 2006 for Club Atletico Velez Sarsfield. For the 2007-08 season, he was loaned to Talleres de Cordoba, Primera B Nacional. He would return to El Fortin and be part of the Clausura 2009-winning team, even though he didn’t play in any of those games.
Torsiglieri played the entire 90 minutes of Sporting’s 2-1 group stage win against Lille OSC in UEFA Europa League on 16 September 2010. His 24th Primeira Liga debut was a 1-0 victory over Rio Ave FC on 24 October. He finished his season with Sporting with 23 matches in all competitions. The team placed third behind eventual champions FC Porto with 36 points.
In July 2011, Torsiglieri joined FC Metalist Kharkiv on loan, and in December he signed a permanent five-year deal with the Ukrainians. On 3 August 2013, in the same predicament, he moved teams and countries again, signing a one-year deal with La Liga side UD Almería.
