Mahatma Otoo is one of the most popular and richest Ghanaian footballer who was born on February 6, 1992 in Accra, Ghana. Mahatma Osumanu Oloo, a Ghanaian professional footballer, was born February 6, 1992. He plays for the Turkish club Balikesirspor. He was the 2012-2013 Ghana Premier League’s top scorer, scoring 20 goals.

Otoo was a Black Meteors of Ghana player in the 2011 All-Africa Games, Maputo (Mozambique) in September 2011. With 4 goals in four games, he was the top goal scorer of the tournament.

His performance attracted European clubs, with Club Brugge and Sogndal being front runners to land his signature. He moved to Sogndal on a three-year contract in the summer transfer window of 2013.

In the second round of 2010/11, Mahatma Otoo was back to Hearts of Oak. Otoo started his professional career as a youth player for Sporting St. Mirren. He was 16 years old when Sporting St. Mirren signed him to his first professional contract. In 2008/2009, he was named the discovery player of season. Otoo signed with Accra Hearts of Oak SC for the 2009/2010 Season. He won the Ghana Premier League’s best individual title. Otoo was loaned to Esperance Sportive de Tunis in Tunisia in 2010.
