Brzeska was married to professional footballer Peter Peschel in 2001. They have two daughters, born in 2000, and 2001. In 2002, they filed for divorce. She remarried Sebastian Sabolocki (Polish-born realty broker), in December

2009. However, after only 15 months, she filed for divorce. Brzeska lived in Stuttgart until 2009. She lived in Stuttgart until her second marriage.

Brzeska was an ambassador for Germany at the 2008 European Year of Intercultural Dialogue. The aim of the European Commission’s campaign was to inform people in all 27 EU countries about the benefits of diversity and to encourage them to have intercultural exchange programs.

Since March 2009, she has an advertising contract with the fashion company Wissmach Göppinger. In July 2010, Brzeska participated in the reality show Solitary. However, after 40 hours she left the program voluntarily. She appeared in the cover of Playboy Germany for the September 2011 issue.

Brzeska was Germany’s representative at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, finishing 10th in All-around finals.

Brzeska started rhythmic gymnastics training in 1990 at TSV Schmiden. She stayed there for six years, winning all national titles. Kristina Georgieva was her trainer until 1996. After two years, she moved to TV Wattenscheid and was coached for two more years by Livia Medilanski.

Brzeska finished 14th in All-around finals at the 1992 European Championships, her first Europeans. Brzeska would have qualified for 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona had she been able to obtain a German passport. Brzeska competed at 5 World Championships. She was a regular in Top 10 all-around rankings. Her highest placing was 8th in 1995’s all-around.

After her retirement, Brzeska is a regular guest at show performances in Germany’s television programs and in the entertainment industry. She appeared at the 2006 Pro7 show with Stars on Ice, in which her partner was professional figure skater Norman Jeschke. On 1 September 2006, she starred in the ZDF show “The big celebrity gymnastics” with Johannes B. Kerner as a trainer for the participating celebrities.
