Magarditch Halvadjian, a Bulgarian citizen, was born 18 February 1967 in Pleven. He is Armenian. He received a Masters in Directing from the New Bulgarian University. Later, he taught “Directing & Production in TV Show- business” in the same university. He lives in Varna, Italy, as well as in Moscow, where from 1981-1986 he was a student at the Moscow Circus School.
He participated in August 2008’s shooting of Dolf Lundgren Command Performance. He was given a crucial scene in which terrorist attack the location during a concert featuring the Russian President. Based on his experience in music video, Magy Halvadjian was selected to film the three musical clips.
In 2012 Magarditch Halvadjian and his associates established the “Open Frames” company, focused on film production. In 2015 the company shot its first movie called “Nightworld”. The main role in the movie was played by the American actor Jason London and his partner was the world famous Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger).
In 2014, he became co-founder and member of the Management board of the Film Committee Association of Bulgaria A year later, in 2015 he was honored with the title “Academic” from the Bulgarian Academy of Science and Art.
Halvadjian also shot a video in December 2006 for Hilary Duff. It was broadcast by MTV. The video is part of the soundtrack to the movie Brand Hauser, in which Hilary Duff is also a famous name along with John Cusack and Ben Kingsley.

Magarditch Halvadjian, (Bulgarian Mag’rdich Khalvadzhiian / Armenian Mkrtich halvachean ), is a director and producer of TV and movies in Bulgaria. Since 1992, he has been involved in film production and is one of the most prominent names in the history the Bulgarian film industry.
He founded Max Group – 1 in 1996. It produced the TV programs “Fatal Attraction” and “Crossing Point”. He shot the majority of his music videos during this time. He founded “Global Films” in 2002, “Global Frame”, and “Open Frames” as a production company.
