Lynn Leong is one of the most popular and richest Squash Player who was born on January 24, 1981 in Terengganu, Malaysia. Leong Siu Lynn was conceived in Terengganu on 24 January 1981. She was raised in her hometown Kota Baru in Kelantan. At the age of 18, she moved to the United States for higher education. Trinity College in Hartford gave her her Bachelor of Arts degree, which she received in Studio Arts and Photography.
She won the 1999 US Junior Open squash championships title for the U19 age group. She finished second in the women’s single event at the 1999 Women’s World Junior Squash Championships to her compatriot Nicol.
In 1998, her only Commonwealth Games appearance was in Malaysia. She represented the Malaysian delegation at the squash events. The Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia decided that she would not win a medal and to take her off the national team.

Lynn Leong Siu Lynn (born 24 January 1981 in Malaysia) is a former professional squash player from Malaysia. She was one of the most successful squash players to ever play for Malaysia. Her early career in the 1990s was a time when her counterpart Nicol Dave also achieved fame. She has been a squash coach in America since her retirement.
After being crowned a national squash champion twice in 1995 and 1996, she won the Asian Individual Squash Championships title against India’s Misha Gwal in 1996. She represented Malaysia at 1996 Women’s World Team Squash Championships. She was nominated in 1996 for the Anugerah Sukan Negara national award for Sportswoman of the year.
