Lucy Frazer is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on May 17, 1972 in East Riding of Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. Frazer was born in Yorkshire on 17 May 1972. Her grandfather, Dr Hyman Frazer CBE (headmaster at Gateway College in Leicester), was also her grandfather.

Frazer was a London barrister practicing commercial law before she entered politics. At the age of 40, she was elected Queen’s Counsel. In December 2013, she was chosen as the Conservative Party’s prospective parliamentary candidate for South East Cambridgeshire (PPC), over Heidi Allen. Initial controversy arose over a miscount of votes. Frazer was confirmed as the candidate again in January 2014. Allen was elected that October as PPC for South Cambridgeshire. Frazer was elected to the 2015 general elections with 28,845 votes (48.5%), a majority of 16,837. Later that year, she was elected to the Education Select Committee.

She was made Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice in January 2018, and moved to become Solicitor General for England and Wales in May 2019.

On 25th July 2019, Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed Frazer to the position of Minister of State for Prisons. She succeeded Robert Buckland, who was appointed Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor.

Following her maiden speech in which she jokedly mentioned Oliver Cromwell’s sale to Scots into colonial slaves as “an answer for the West Lothian problem – but it was not one that I would recommend”, she apologized for any offense caused by such comment.
