Moura appeared in the group stage matches against Paraguay, Ecuador and Venezuela as a second-half substitute on all occasions. He once again featured as a substitute in Brazil’s penalty shoot-out defeat to Paraguay in the quarter-finals which eliminated Brazil from the competition.
