Louise “Lou” Waller, born 30 July 1969, is an English former international women’s football defender. She was part of the England team for the 1995 FIFA Women’s World Cup Finals. Waller has been a member of the Millwall Lionesses for many years, serving as a coach, player, development officer and secretary.

Waller was heavily involved in the establishment of Millwall’s first girls’ Centre of Excellence in 1993. Waller had joined the club at the age of 12 and had already made more than 400 appearances for the Lionesses by February 1997. Waller, now the chairperson of the club, declared that they were “back where our belong” when the club was promoted to the top division in 2009.

In 1995, Waller was playing for Millwall Lionesses. She won both the 1996–97 FA Women’s Premier League Cup and FA Women’s Cup with Millwall. In the final of the latter competition, Waller headed the winning goal from Justine Lorton’s corner, in front of 3,015 supporters at Upton Park.

Waller was also part the Millwall 1991 FA Cup winning team. He was one of only two senior players who remained with the club after the win. Waller was a coach for many young Millwall players, including Katie Chapman.
