Linda Hopper is one of the most popular and richest Singer who was born on March 14, 1959 in United States of America, United States. Hopper, a native of Marietta in Georgia, moved to Athens in late 1970s to pursue art studies at the University of Georgia. She met Michael Stipe at an art design class, and they introduced each other to their friends. They became involved in the local music scene, and together they formed Tanzplagen, an experimental music group that was short-lived. The band broke up in a matter of months and Michael Stipe founded R.E.M. Hopper formed Oh-OK with Lynda Stipe as bass guitarist and David McNair as drummer (a later lineup would include Matthew Sweet). Oh-OK was the opening act for Stipe’s noise-music project 1066 Gaggle O’Sound. They would record two albums, one of which was 1983’s Furthermore What. Michael Stipe also produced it with a cover he created. The band Holiday released their single EP in 1987.

In 2003, the band was officially reformed with Scott Rowe as bassist and Brian Fletcher as drummer to record an album and tour Europe’s festival circuit. Hopper sang vocals in the Netherlands on R.E.M. Hopper sang “Favorite Writer”, at two concerts held by the group on June 21st and 22. Magnapop’s first album in nine-years, Mouthfeel, was released on Amy Ray’s Daemon Records in 2005. The group was reformed and toured the United States to promote the album. They also performed on the European festival circuit. In late 2009, the self- released album Chase Park became available.

Magnapop gained a large following while touring Benelux in 1990s. They had two minor hits singles. However, Magnapop was dropped by their record company and they were unable to record for seven consecutive years because of contractual obligations. Although Hopper and Morris played a few live shows together in 1999, they also attempted to record an EP with a drum machine backing them. However, Magnapop was forced to take an indefinite hiatus. Hopper relocated to Los Angeles, where he stopped performing live music. In the early 2000s, Hopper, Morris and a group from Seattle performed some Hopper/Morris songs.

It was released by Caroline Records in the United States.
