Leonard Francis McAllister Jr. (born 13 January 1972) is an American political commentator who works for various websites and newspapers which include AOL as well as The Root. McAllister is the former 2016 Republican candidate for the US Congress in the 14th district of Pennsylvania having won the first round writing-in votes and doubling the number of votes required to be nominated. McAllister provided live commentary during question- and-answer sessions and live editorials weekly on the “Fox News Rising” morning show, the Charlotte morning show.
