Julius Wandera Maganda is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on August 13, 1971 in Busia, Busia District, Uganda. His birthplace was in Busia District, in the Eastern Region of Uganda, on the 13th of August, 1971. He was a student at Bulekei Elementary School which was the primary school he attended. He continued his studies at Masaba College Busia for his O-level education. Then, he completed his A-Level through Mbale High School, in Mbale, Mbale District.
In 2016, he joined Ugandan electoral politics after successfully running for his seat in the Samia Bugwe County South Constituency in the parliamentary elections under the ruling National Resistance Movement political party ticket. He was elected and returned to office in the year 2016. He is currently the MP in the 10th legislature (2016 until 2021). In June of 2016, he was named the Minister of State for the Est African Community Affairs.
In his role acting as State Minister in charge of in charge of the East African Community, he is able to serve as an ex-officio Member of the East African Legislative Assembly. He was officially sworn in on August 31, 2016.
