Julien Ingrassia (born 26 November 1979) is the French rally driver who is also a co-driver. Alongside Sebastien Ogier, Ingrassia was World Rally Champion in 2013 2013, 2014, 2015 along with 2016 at Volkswagen Motorsport, and 2017 and 2018 with the M-Sport World Rally Team.

In the 2011 season Ingrassia as well as Ogier joined the principal Citroen team. They scored the same amount of victories as teammates Sebastien Loeb as well as Daniel Elena (5), even though team instructions were clearly issued to Loeb in the final five games of the campaign. Citroen made the decision to end their involvement with the young group at the end this season.

In the year 2009 Ingrassia was a member of in the Citroen Junior Team and took home a first podium in the Acropolis Rally. In 2010 Ingrassia and Ogier achieved their first win in Portugal. In the course of Rally Finland, they joined the Citroen Total World Rally Team which is the official group of the French manufacturer, to compete in the final gravel round of the season. They claimed their second win of the season in Japan.
