Juha Salminen (born 27 September 1976 in Vantaa) is a Finnish enduro racer. He has been 13 times World Enduro Champion (including the overall championships from 2000 until 2004,) as well as having been the winner of his own championships in the German title (1998) as well as also the Spanish title (2000-2002).

In 2009 Salminen was signed to an agreement for three years with the brand new BMW manufacturer team. When BMW pulled out of the championship following poor performance, Salminen moved to Husqvarna for the 2011 season and took home the record-breaking eighth class championship.

Salminen was back in racing in the World Enduro Championship for the 2007 season, and David Knight replacing him in the KTM factory team in the US. Salminen was the winner of the first 12 events of the season but was forced to miss the Slovakian rounds because of injury to his collarbone in the course of a British Championship race held in Britain. Salminen returned to racing for the season’s final rounds in France and clinched his 12th world championship. For the season of 2008, Salminen took nine victories in the 16 rounds, breaking his fellow countryman Kari Tiainen’s mark (77) for the most wins at this world championship. However, his loss in the opening Spanish round cost him Salminen’s title pursuit Yamaha’s Johnny Aubert became the first person to defeat Salminen for the championship since 1998 season.
