Ralph was asked by Discovery Channel to write an original piece of symphonic music in preparation for Shark Week 2015 called “Theodora”. The goal was to raise awareness and fund-raising for conservation of the ocean and sharks. The piece featured the violinist Joshua Bell, the London Symphony Orchestra and London Voices, the piece was recorded at the Abbey Road studios in London.
On January 5, 2016 it was announced that Ralph and Sting had written “The Empty Chair”.
On February 22 1414, Ralph along with members of the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra in Colorado performed a number of his compositions. One of them was “Before My Time”, that Ralph sang.
