Joe Kehoskie (born January 18 1973, in Auburn, New York, U.S.) is an American baseball consultant and executive as well as an entrepreneur. He has been working as a professional player in various capacities since 1984. He previously worked with minor leagues (1984-1994) as well as an agent for players (1996-2011).

More recently, he predicted Cuban defector Aroldis Chapman, who signed a six-year, $30.25 million contract with the Cincinnati Reds in early 2010, would struggle to become an MLB starting pitcher.
Since the early 2000s, Kehoskie has been quoted frequently in the media on baseball-related topics including Cuban defectors, baseball in Cuba, and the use of PEDs in Latin America.
