In January of 2016, Fall opened his first restaurant, a late-night breakfast as well as cocktail bar Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar in Venice, California. The idea that inspired him was “a melting pot of world cultures and flavors, mixed with my nostalgia for American diners.” Nighthawk is famous for its original drinks, including cereal milk with alcohol and it is featured as a part of Eater.com’s listing of “Hottest Bars from Coast to Coast” in North America.
