Javanshir Feyziyev is one of the most popular and richest Scientist who was born on July 12, 1963 in Shaki, Azerbaijan. Javanshir Feyziyev, born on 12 July 1963 in the village of Boyuk Dehna in Shaki, Azerbaijan. He attended the Secondary School at Boyuk Dehna between 1970 and

1977. He then pursued his studies at the boarding school for maths located in Turan Settlement from the year 1977 until the year 1980. He was called up into army service within Kazakhstan in 1983 until 1985.

Between 2004 and 2009 from 2004 to 2009, he was a PhD pupil at the Philosophy, Sociology and Law Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. The month of October, 2009 was the time he was able to defend his thesis in the field of “Moral aspects of ethno-political conflicts” and was awarded an honorary PhD degree.

Javanshir Feyziyev served as a MP from Shaki constituency from 2010 to 2015. He is the member of the International and Interparliamentary Relations Committee and Committee on Cultural issues of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2013 and 2018 he was elected as a member of the Board of the Press Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Congress of Azerbaijani Journalists. He is the Chairman of the International Relations Commission of the Press Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

His book entitled “Ethno-political conflicts in the Caucasus and their impact on the state independence” was published in English. His book in 2008, titled “Peace Philosophy” and in 2013 the book entitled “The Union of the Turkish States: the Eurasian Model of Global Integration” were translated into Azerbaijani and released. The book entitled “The Union of the Turkish States: Eurasian Model of Global Integration” was translated into Turkish, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Russian, Bosnian and Hungarian in 2014-2017 , and then released in the above mentioned countries.

Javanshir Feyziyev (Azerbaijani: Cavansir Feyziyev) (born on July 12, 1963 in Shaki, Azerbaijan) is a member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan (V convocation) as well as a Member of the Committee on Cultural issues, and the Committee on International and Interparliamentary Relations.

Feyziyev was a student at the Faculty of translation and Interpretation of the Pedagogical University of Foreign Languages, and graduated from the university with the title of teacher and interpreter, earning the distinction of a diploma. He was a professor in the Department of Translation and Interpretation of the Pedagogical University of Foreign Languages from 1992 until 1994. Then he joined the medical human rights organisation Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) in 1994, serving as administrator and translator. Between 1995 and 1998, he was Director of the Department at the Caucasus representative office of the USA located in the Philip Morris Company. In addition, he was the co-founder as well as the director for Planet Co. Ltd. company. From 2002 until 2010, he was a co-founder and Director General in the AvroMed Company. Feyziyev is also the co-founder of the company Tour-Invest> as well as the founder and editor-in-chief of the Discovery Azerbaijan’s Popular science magazines. In 2013, he was elected into the Board of the Press Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Feyziyev is the founder and editor-in-chief of the “Discovery Azerbaijan” scientific magazine since 2005. He is the co-founder of the “Azerbaijan- Kazakhstan Friendship Society” Public Union. Since 2010, he is a member of the Journalists Trade Union of Azerbaijan.
