Jasper Garvida is one of the most popular and richest Fashion Designer who was born on January 3, 1977 in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. Jasper Garvida (born 3 January 1977) is a fashion designer. He was born in the Philippines and raised in Canada before going to London to pursue a degree in fashion Design in the Central St. Martins College of Art and Design. Jasper launched his own clothing label back in of 2008 and is known for its bold high-end womenswear. Jasper has quickly established himself as a distinct luxury designer, focusing on feminine and tailored silhouettes as well as tailoring.

Jasper Garvida has exhibited his collection throughout the world, and has shown his collection in Vienna, Toronto, Dusseldorf, London, Paris, and Tokyo. His collection for A/W11 was featured by the British Museum curated by Grayson Perry. The exhibition was created by a collection of photographs and an interactive installation that was which was inspired to Harajuku girls. He also displayed the biggest fashion exhibit in the Natural History Museum in London with over a hundred models during the summer of the year 2010.

In May 2015 Garvida was presented with the Designer Innovation Award at the Luxury Law Summit. Garvida was also invited to appear at the Clothes Show Live event (Dec 2015) at the Birmingham NEC. Featuring an interview conducted by Hilary Alexander (fashion director at the Daily Telegraph) along with a catwalk presentation of the Éthologie Spring/Summer ’16 collection.

Most recent collections include; the pre-Spring/Summer ’15 collection – Resort 2015, Spring/Summer ’15 ‘Gradiva’, Autumn/Winter ’15 ‘Unity in Time and Space’ and Spring/Summer ’16 ‘When time stands still’. The Éthologie collections have been featured on Vogue UK, The Glass Magazine and have been exhibited at trade shows such as Paris Sur Mode, Zip Zone and Trace Paris showroom. Garvida also shows each season at London fashion week.

In 2009, Garvida was named a finalist in the Fashion Fringe. His debut collection was unveiled at ON/OFF the most prestigious independent showcase of fashion for the most innovative and emerging fashion and creative talent. This included the provision of 30 haute couture garments for the principal reception team.
