Henderson Kessinger Consulting was founded in 1994 as a sales, management and marketing company. Jan is the president and works with businesses large and small in the United States as well as internationally to improve their sales and work environments. Jan has helped 35 states and provinces to increase revenues by implementing creative strategies and improving retail execution. He has spoken at workshops and conferences across the United States, Canada, Central Europe, and Central America.

In 2015 Jan was appointed to the Kansas Gaming and Racing Commission. In 2013/14, Jan consulted for the Kansas Lottery and was tasked with restructuring and reorganizing the sales team. In 2014, record sales were set, in part due to Jan’s expertise.

He completed his MBA in Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management in 1988 while he was in California.
