In the year 2014 Kittichai founded the Issaya Cooking Studio located in the Bangkok’s Central Embassy mall. The 170-square-meter cooking school vary from basic and classical Thai food to modern and molecular culinary technique, and span from the beginning to professional chef levels. The school targets customers who are already acquainted with Thai cuisine.
To coordinate Kittichai’s restaurant interests and consultative contracts around the globe, the chef and his wife Sarah Kittichai operate Cuisine Concept Co. Ltd., an international food and beverage industry consulting firm. .
Kittichai also co-owns Bangkok’s Namsaah Bottling Trust, a gastropub located in a 20th-century villa previously used as a soda producer’s bottling office in the city’s Silom district, and for which he designed a contemporary Asian menu.
In 2011 Kittichai founded Issaya Siamese Clubin 2011, a modern Thai restaurant that is located in a century-old house located in Bangkok. The restaurant was named one of Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants, a list compiled by UK media company William Reed Business Media, built on a survey of chefs, restaurateurs from around the world as well as restaurant reviewers. The restaurant was ranked 39 in the year 2018. In the magazine Traveller, Australia also ranked Issaya Siamese Club as among the top dining establishments in 2018.

in 2003 Kittichai was opened in 2003. Kittichai, an innovative Thai restaurant located in New York’s SIXTY Soho (formerly 60 Thompson) which was awarded the place within Travel + Leisure magazine’s Best New American Restaurants 2004.
