She made her last one shot in 2006, titled Kaicho wa Maidsama! (Hui Chang hameidoYang ! , lit. The Class President is a Maid! This article was published in LaLa’s February issue. Gakuen Alice of Tachibana Higuchi inspired her to create her manga. This is where she discovered the Hakusensha Editorial. This one-shot was so popular that it became a manga series, which LaLa is serializing at the moment. There are 13 volumes already published in Japan.

In 2012, Fujiwara held a small charity auction featuring characters from her manga Kaichō wa Maid-sama!. She announced on her blog that the money would aid Tohoku’s earthquake reconstruction from 2011. It was the first time she offered a signed and colored illustration.

She began 2005 by publishing Kimi no Hidamari (Jun NoYang damari, Your Sunny Spot), in the March issue LaLa DX. She published Shonen Scramble, Shoo Nian sukuranburu, The Young Boy’s Scramble, three months later. She published Tomei na Sekai, her final work of the year in the November issue LaLa DX. This was later compiled into Kaicho wa Maid-sama! s volume one.
