Hideki Suzuki is one of the most popular and richest Wrestler who was born on February 18, 1980 in Hokkaido, Japan. Hideki Suzuki, also known as Ling Mu Shu, Suzuki Hideki, was born February 18, 1980, and is a Japanese professional wrestler. Suzuki began his career in 2008 with the Inoki Genome Federation promotion (IGF). He was trained by Billy Robinson. He left IGF in 2008 to become a freelancer and began working for promotions like Big Japan Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Zero1 or Wrestle-1. He is the former BJW World Strong Heavyweight Champion and Zero1 World Heavyweight Champion as well as the NWA United National Heavyweight Champion, Wrestle-1 Champion, and NWA Intercontinental Tag Team Champion. Samurai TV named Suzuki as the MVP of Japanese independent wrestling in 2017.
Suzuki’s first book, Biru Robinson Den Kyatchi Azu Kyatchi Kyan Nyumon, (birurobinsonChuan Kiyatsuchi Azu Kiyatsuchi Kakan Ru Men, “Billy Robinson Catch as Catch Can Primer”), was published on January 19, 2017. This book describes the techniques of wrestling that Suzuki was taught by Billy Robinson.
Because of the ongoing relationship between Zero1 & Wrestle-1 Suzuki started appearing for the latter promotion. He found himself competing against Kai. After Kai had won the Wrestle-1 Champion title, Suzuki confronted him and challenged him for a title match. In just seven minutes, Suzuki defeated Kai to become the Wrestle-1 Champion. Suzuki placed both his championships at risk on May 5th at Wrestle-1 and Zero1 shows. He lost the NWA United National Heavyweight Championship against Kamikaze, and retained the Wrestle-1 Championship against Ryota Hama. Suzuki made his return to IGF on June 27th, defeating Wang Bin in round one and Daichi Hayashimoto in the finals. This was Suzuki’s first appearance since his departure. After the win, Suzuki created an “anti-IGF’ stable with Knux, Kevin Kross, Erik Kross, and Kevin Kross. In his third defense, Suzuki lost the Wrestle-1 Champion back to Kai on July 12. To win the Pro Wrestling Zero1 World Heavyweight Championship, Suzuki defeated Kohei Sato on November 1. Suzuki was appointed leader of the Hagure IGF Gundan (“Rogue IGF Corps”) stable, which also included Kendo Kashin, Kazuyuki Fujita and Shogun Okamoto. Suzuki was defeated by Kohei Sato in the World Heavyweight Championship on March 27.

Suzuki has a background in soccer and judo. He was also trained in professional wrestling at U.W.F. Snake Pit Japan dojo. After training for four years under British wrestler Billy Robinson he made his debut in the Inoki Genome Federation promotion (IGF), losing to Hiromitsu Kannehara on November 24, 2008. Suzuki was an undercard at IGF events for the next three years. After a match against Peter Aerts, Suzuki’s status began to improve in 2012. Suzuki defeated Akira Joh to win the second Inoki Genome Tournament on May 26, 2013. He was able to get his first chance at the IGF Championship, but was defeated by Kazuyuki Yamata, the current champion. Suzuki quit IGF in March to become a freelancer.
Suzuki began to work regularly for Pro Wrestling Zero1 and also made appearances in promotions like All Japan Pro Wrestling or DDT Pro-Wrestling. Suzuki was quickly offered a chance at Zero1’s World Heavyweight Championship. However, he lost to Kohei Sato on May 6. Suzuki defeated Tama Williams to win the NWA United National Heavyweight Championship on August 3, 2014. Suzuki participated in a special week where Zero1 produced three events along with the Wrestle-1 promotion.
On March 5, 2017, Suzuki challenged Daisuke Sekimoto for the Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW) World Strong Heavyweight Championship. After wrestling to a thirty-minute time limit draw, Suzuki and Sekimoto agreed to a rematch on March 30. Suzuki went on to win the rematch to become the new World Strong Heavyweight Champion. On September 14, Suzuki and Kohei Sato defeated Shogun Okamoto and Yutaka Yoshie to win the vacant NWA Intercontinental Tag Team Championship. After five successful title defenses, Suzuki lost the BJW World Strong Heavyweight Championship to Daichi Hashimoto on December 17. Suzuki claimed that losing the title cost him most of his bookings and that he was facing unemployment heading into 2018. On January 1, 2018, Suzuki and Sato lost the NWA Intercontinental Tag Team Championship to Masayuki Okamoto and Yutaka Yoshie.
