Manni represented Finland again in the IPC World Championships in Doha in the lead up to the 2016 Summer Paralympics. Manni again participated in all four sprint events of the T34 classification and was able to improve on his previous World Championship. He won silver in the 400m, and bronze in the 200m- and 800m races in Doha.

Manni became a T34-level athlete after the 2010 Canoe World Championships. He was a specialist in sprint events and was selected to represent Finland at the 2013 IPC Athletics World Championships held in Lyon. He competed in four events: the 100m, 200m (400m), 400m, and 800m sprints. He took bronze in the 200m with a time 30.70 seconds. He then traveled to Swansea, where he participated in the 2014 IPC Athletics European Championships. Manni won four gold medals without the help of Rheed McCracken from Australia and Walid Ktila from Tunisia.
