Habib Kashani is one of the most popular and richest Teacher who was born on March 6, 1955 in Tehran, Tehran Province, Iran. He was born in Tehran, Iran on 6 March 1955. After receiving his B.C., he began teaching in Tehran schools. He graduated from Isfahan University. From 1981 to 1985, he was a participant in the Iran-Iraq War. He returned to Tehran in 1985 to continue his teaching career. He was a sport teacher.

Some supporters believed the Technical Committee was Kashani’s show to get over Daei and pick Estili, his “beloved friend”. After the disappointing performance of Persepolis, and the late goal by Hossein Baamaki, the first match against Malavan ended 1-1. Fans began shouting the name of Ali Daei from the 60th minute. Booing Estili (and Kashani) continued to protest, with slogans calling for their expulsion. A poll conducted by Navad in August 15, 2011 found that 51% of respondents believed the main reason for protests was Estili’s selection. The other reasons were poor performance of players (36%), and impatient fans (13%). Persepolis chairman Kashani resigned on 20 September 2011

On 1 June 2007, he was elected chairman of the club. Afshin Ghotbi was his contract partner in the 2007-08 Persian Gulf Cup. Together, they became the Champion of that year’s league. One year later, he resigned and continued his career as a City Council member. Kashani was elected chairman of the club in September 2009. He was replaced by Abbas Ansarifard in December 2009. In December 2009, Ali Daei signed him, but he was unsuccessful in the league. They won the 2009-10 Hazfi Cup. Since August 3, 2010, Kashani has been part of the Football Federation of Iran’s board. After winning the Hazfi Cup again with Ali Daei, Daei quit the club. This was due to conflict between Kashani, who was also a board member of Football Federation of Iran. The dispute was a result of a heated debate at Navad. On 21 June 2011, he signed a contract that included Hamid Estili, the Technical Committee’s new head coach at Persepolis.
