In January of 2011, he left SK Blazma, signing for Liga Leumit club Ahva Arraba. He scored three goals in sixteen games with the Israeli club before leaving on August 1, 2011.
In August of 2011 Silagailis signed his first contract with Latvian Higher League newcomers FC Jurmala. He played in 8 league games for them, but did not score goals. Prior to the 2012 Latvian Higher League season Silagailis was on trial with the bronze medalists from last year’s Olympics Daugava Daugavpils and signed a contract in March of 2012. He played for two seasons at Daugava and was in various times used as a forward and left-back. With two goals in 43 league games as well as UEFA Champions League experience under his experience Silagailis has left Daugava at the end of March to rejoin his hometown club Rezeknes BJSS, who play within the Latvian First League. The Latvian First League scored 41 goals in just one season Silagailis was the top goal scoring player of his 2014 Latvian First League season and helped his team win with a runner-up finish in the championship.

Silagailis joined Cork City in February 2009 and made an immediate impression in the club. He scored against Derry on the 20th of March, 2009, however Cork City’s Rebel Army ended up losing the game 2-1. He scored a brace that week following the 2-1 win over Bray Wanderers at Turner’s Cross.
After a brief stint within Western Europe he went to the opposite continent, and was a part of FC Vitebsk from Belarus in February 2010. He only played a handful of games there, but failed to score one goal. After only six months with the club, he took the decision to terminate his contract with the club because the financial condition of the club was becoming worse. Since the month of August, Silagailis was in free agent status and was seeking an alternative club.
