Gudrid “Gudie” Hutchings MP (born September 1st 1959) is a Canadian politician who has been a member of the district of Long Range Mountains in the House of Commons of Canada since the federal election of 2015. Hutchings is an active Member of the Liberal Party of Canada, and has since December 2019 been the Parliamentary Secretary for the Minister of Women and Gender Equality and Rural Economic Development. Prior to that, she was the secretary to Parliament for the minister of Small Business and Tourism from December 2015 until September 2017.

In the years prior to her selection, Hutchings had been a business associate in the local area who had a three decades of experience primarily in the industry of outfitting and tourism. She was the owner of the fly-fishing lodges of Labrador and spent over 10 years on the board of directors for the Newfoundland and Labrador Outfitters Association and eventually assuming the role of president. She also was a member of the inaugural National Board of Directors for the Canadian Federation of Outfitting Associations. Hutchings is also a past chair of the Corner Brook Chamber of Commerce. When she was elected, Hutchings was also the chair of the Battle Harbour Historic Trust. She was a volunteer for more than 15 years as a member of Girl Guides of Canada as Guide, Brownie, Ranger Leader, and Pathfinder and was one of the girls in the group during her early years, describing it as an “huge part of her growing up”.

Hutchings was re-elected in the 2019 federal election, and on December 12, 2019, was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Rural Economic Development.
