I was the only drummer he knew so I got the job of being the second member of Frightened Rabbit. Basically I joined to make the whole thing a little bit noisier!” Grant and Scott subsequently recorded the band’s debut album, Sing the Greys, with producer Marcus McKay in Glasgow.
Frightened Rabbit began as a solo project for his brother, Scott, with Grant joining in 2004. The duo recorded the band’s debut album, Sing the Greys (2006). Grant has performed on each of the band’s releases to date, and contributed to the songwriting process of the band’s fourth studio album, Pedestrian Verse (2013).
