Graham Thomas Evans (born 10 November 1963) is an ex- British Conservative Party politician who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Weaver Vale in Cheshire from 2010 to 2017.

As a member of parliament, Evans was a campaigner to reopen the Halton Curve railway line to connect the towns in Helsby as well as Frodsham with Halton along with Liverpool. The line was opened in the year. In the Parliament, he led the Back Bench Business debate for Holocaust Memorial Day on 23 January

2013. Then, he introduced an ten Minute Rule Bill in April 2013 to commemorate the celebration of a National Commonwealth Military Day, and also a Private Members bill in October 2013 regarding the issue of drug Driving.
