In 1991 Atari released her first greatest hits album, titled “Rak Etmol” (Only Yesterday). The album was successful and sold over 20,000 copies.

In 1980, following an entire year of working with, Atari retired from Milk and Honey in the wake of a lawsuit she brought against the manager she worked with, Shlomo Tasch. Atari asserted in court she was not compensated for the sixty shows she performed on television and in Europe and that after she quit Milk and Honey a new singer was announced and released an album of songs created under the brand new singer’s name. The trial took 14 years, and ended with a victory for Atari and she won 800,000 Shekels (about $227,000).

Atari received a visit from Israeli singer David Kribushe when she was fifteen years old. After an audition and a meeting with him, he offered her the role of a singer in his song “Half and Half”. In the year 1970, at the time she was 17 She sang two tracks. The first was in English and was titled “Give Love Away”. The second one was an Hebrew song that was titled “Im yesh lecha shemesh” (If You’re in the Sun). The song was a huge popular in Israel and Atari was a part of Israel during the World Popular Song Festival in Japan. Atari took part in the contest once more in 1976, but this time with “The Same Old Game”.

In 1981 Atari, working with the producer Yeroslav Yahakivovitch, recorded a rock album titled “Kach Oti Habayta” (Take Me Home). The album included hits including “Duet Preda” (Goodbye Duet) “Lo Yoda’at” (I Don’t Know), and “Shelcha Ad Etmol” (Yours until Yesterday).
