Peralta joined The Seattle Mariners as an international free agent in April of 2013. The rookie made his debut in 2013 in the Dominican Summer League Mariners and was there for the entire season and was 3-3 with an 1.46 ERA in 13 games (ten starts). In 2014 when he was pitching with the Arizona League Mariners where he pitched to a 1-6 record with a 5.29 ERA in 12 starts In 2015, he pitched for the Mariners again in a 2-3 record with an 4.11 ERA in 11 games (nine starts).
