Francisco Saracho Navarro (born 8 February 1963) is a Mexican politician belonging to the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He is in the Chamber of Deputies for the LXIII Legislative Assembly and the Mexican Congress from the First Federal Electoral District of Coahuila.

In 2009, the voters were able to elect Saracho into the Federal Chamber of Deputies for the first time. In the LXI Legislative session, he served as director of the Constitutional Points Commission and served on five other commissions: Metropolitan Development, Citizen Participation, Oversight of the Superior Auditor of the Federation and a committee that studied illegal trafficking, ports of entry and customs. He resigned from his position in the Chamber of Deputies when he was chosen to be selected by Enrique Pena Nieto to be the state coordinator of in the year 2012 PRI election campaign. From 2012 until 2015, Saracho was his position as the Coahuila secretary of Infrastructure.

In the years 2001-2005 Saracho headed between 2001 and 2005, Saracho headed the Public Property Registry, which documents land deeds to Acuna, Zaragoza and Jimenez. He resigned as was heading to the state elections of 2006 in which voters voted to send him into the state congress during its LVII legislature, following an absence of ten years.

Saracho earned the law diploma at Universidad Autonoma de Coahuila in 1984. He immediately began his work as a state official. He was department chief , and later vice director for the Sanitation and Hygiene Section of the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare. After leaving the STPS then he moved into the National Institute of Statistics and Geography and, during his time at INEGI and coordinating censuses, he was responsible for the coordination of those throughout both the State of Mexico and briefly in Coahuila. 1990 saw Saracho move between government agencies again but this time it was Solidaridad in which he was employed as regional coordinator, first in northern, and later in southern Coahuila and then in Coahuila as state coordinator in 1993-94.

In 1994, Saracho become active within the PRI especially in the state chapter of the Territorial Movement; he served as its state coordinator as well as Secretary General from the year 1994 until 1996. Saracho was also selected to be a member of his position in the LIII Legislature in Coahuila’s Congress of Coahuila during the same period. A year later, voters in Ciudad Acuna elected Saracho municipal president.

In January 2015, Saracho resigned from the state government in order to pursue a return to the Chamber of Deputies, representing the first district based in Piedras Negras. He presides over the Cuenca de Burgos Commission and serves on four others, including Communications, Northern Border Matters, Infrastructure, and the Special Commission for the Wine and Berries Industry. The latter was created at Saracho’s suggestion, noting the economic importance of the industry and its need to face international competition.
