Francesco Damiani (born 4 October 1958) is an Italian professional boxer who fought from 1985 until 1993. Damiani was the initial WBO heavyweight champion. He been the champion from 1989 to 1991 and also being the European heavyweight championship from 1987 until 1989. In his amateur years, he was awarded gold medals for silver in the super heavyweight division during 1984 World Championships and 1984 Summer Olympics.

Damiani returned in 1992 to win an advantage over the champion of his time, Greg Page, but quit in the eighth round of the following fight against Oliver McCall in 1993, the end of his professional career.
